These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the Bm39 wagering platform providing betting, gaming and related services (the “Service”). By registering for, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these Terms, you must not access or use the Service.
Access to and use of the Service is restricted to and must be in accordance with applicable law. You must be aged at least 18 years, or the age of legal majority in your jurisdiction if higher, to participate in any Betting or Gaming activity. Bm39 may suspend or deny access to any user or restrict jurisdictions at its sole discretion where required by law or where access would be unlawful.

Bm39 reserves the right to accept or refuse an application in its sole discretion and may require additional information or supporting documentation before approving a registration.
Each Customer may hold only one active Account. A breach may result in suspension, closure of Accounts, and voiding of bets and payments as applicable.
For compliance with AML/CTF obligations, Bm39 requires identification prior to transacting. Acceptable forms of verification include government-issued photographic identification and proof of address. Verification may be completed electronically by a trusted third-party provider or through submission of documents. Where required, you may be asked to provide original or certified copies. Personal data may be shared with regulatory authorities as permitted by law and in accordance with Bm39’s Privacy Policy.
Identity verification must be completed before you may deposit, withdraw or place bets. Bm39 may withhold or suspend transactions pending verification and may suspend or close Accounts for non-compliance or suspicion of fraudulent activity.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your User ID and password. You must notify Bm39 immediately if you suspect any breach of security or unauthorised use of your Account. Bm39 may require identity confirmation before acting on changes or transactions. You remain responsible for all activity conducted through your Account unless and until you have notified Bm39 in the manner specified herein and Bm39 confirms the concealment of the breach.
Deposits and withdrawals must be made in the currency of the Customer’s Account unless otherwise expressly agreed. Incoming deposits are processed in accordance with Bm39’s internal policies and applicable laws. Fees, processing times and minimum/maximum limits apply as published from time to time.
Deposits may be declined or reversed for reasons including: (a) failure to verify identity, (b) inconsistency between payment method details and Account details, (c) suspected fraudulent activity, or (d) non-compliance with these Terms.
Withdrawals are subject to verification and processing times. A withdrawal will be rejected if the Customer has pending deposits, unresolved verification requirements, or if the Customer is in breach of these Terms. If any funds appear in error on an Account, Bm39 may reverse or adjust the balance at its discretion and refund to the source of the funds.
Fees may apply to deposits, withdrawals and certain transactions. Where applicable, fees are disclosed prior to completion of a transaction. Exchange rate conversions are applied at Bm39’s prevailing rate at the time of processing. The Customer is responsible for any bank or payment provider charges assessed by third parties.
Customers must refrain from activities that could affect the integrity of the Service, including but not limited to: manipulation of markets, use of automated devices, or any action that attempts to circumvent risk controls, limits, or promotional terms.
Promotional offers are governed by separate Terms and Conditions specific to each offer. Bonus funds are not available for withdrawal unless expressly stated and are typically subject to wagering requirements, time limits, and other conditions. Breach of any promotion terms may result in the forfeiture of the promotional balance and related winnings. Bm39 reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time without notice where permitted by law.
Bm39 supports responsible gambling. Customers may set deposit, loss, or session limits, or apply for self-exclusion. Changes to limits or removal of self-exclusion are subject to a cooling-off period where applicable and will be implemented in a timely manner. Personal data collected in the course of providing the Service is processed in accordance with Bm39’s Privacy Policy. Data may be transferred to jurisdictions outside of your home jurisdiction. You consent to such transfers for the purposes of providing the Service and complying with legal obligations.
All material on the Service, including software, graphics, and content, is owned by or licensed to Bm39. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any such content except as expressly permitted by these Terms.
Bm39 excludes liability for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service. The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Bm39 does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and is not liable for losses resulting from technical failures, force majeure, or third-party actions beyond its control.
Bm39 may suspend, restrict, or terminate a Customer’s Account at any time for breach of these Terms or for any conduct that Bm39 reasonably considers detrimental to its interests or to the integrity of the Service. Upon termination, outstanding bets may be settled in accordance with these Terms, and any unresolved funds may be returned or disposed of in accordance with applicable law and internal policies.
These Terms and any disputes arising from or related to the Service are governed by the law of the jurisdiction in which Bm39 is licensed to operate. Any disputes shall be resolved by the competent courts in that jurisdiction or, at Bm39’s option, by arbitration in accordance with its then-current governing rules. The prevailing party in any dispute shall be entitled to recover reasonable legal costs.
Bm39 may amend these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated to Customers in a timely manner, and continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you object to changes, you must cease using the Service and may request account closure in accordance with these Terms.
Any notices under these Terms will be provided through the Service or sent to your registered contact details. It is your responsibility to keep contact details up to date to ensure receipt of notices and communications from Bm39.
This document constitutes the entire agreement between you and Bm39 regarding the Service and supersedes all prior agreements and representations. If any provision is held invalid, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any term shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver unless expressly stated in writing.
